BetaOS Health Metrics
Real-time insights into organizational health and value creation.
Health Metrics replace top-down KPIs with relative, contextual signals that come directly from the way work actually flows. You see how cells perform against their own goals and against peers — without falling back to the bureaucratic targets BetaCodex tries to eliminate.

Overview
All metrics are derived from BetaOS entities: services, transactions between cells, relative targets, and contributions by roles. There is no separate reporting layer to maintain — the numbers come from the operating model itself. The dashboard makes contradictions visible: cells that are over-funded but under-delivering, services with unclear buyers, or relative targets nobody is tracking.
